2017 Frontiers in Membrane Protein Dynamics

This Autumn, November 10th-12th, 2017, the Membrane Protein Structural Dynamics Consortium (MPSDC) will host the third Frontiers in Membrane Protein Structural Dynamics meeting. The meeting will be held at the Argonne National Laboratory, beginning with breakfast on Friday and ending on Friday at 5pm. Receptions will be held in the vendor and poster areas on the 7th, 8th, and 9th, in order to provide additional time for interaction with colleagues, collaborators and clients.
We expect ~250 attendees. The meeting will be 1.5 times longer than before, reflecting the recent breakthrough successes in this field. It will be a two and a half day meeting building on the very successful meetings held at the University of Chicago Gleacher Center in 2012 and 2013.
For sponsorship registration, you may present your company at the meeting on a table/easel in the area immediately outside the room where oral presentations will be held at the Hilton, and can submit an abstract for a possible oral presentation, or a poster display of scientific nature.
You will also be acknowledged in the program booklet and abstracts book. You may send us your logo for inclusion in the sponsorship slide between all talks at the meeting and on advertising materials, in the meeting website and on the poster. If you wish to offer a workshop on the 27th, we have some room available in a large teaching laboratory. If you are interested in this, please send us a description of what you propose and would need to present.

LOGO AND ADVERTISEMENT SPECIFICATIONS
Corporate attendees may submit their logo for inclusion on our website and in our meeting book. A one page advertisement may also be submitted. Posters may be made by us of some submissions in order to advertise the meeting.
For the logo, the image file needs to be a JPEG, PDF or TIFF file at 600 dpi or higher resolution. Can be color or black and white. For a one page advertisement, the image file needs to be a JPEG or PDF file at 600 dpi or higher resolution. Can be color or black and white. The one page advertisement needs to be sized at 8.5 x 11 inches with the left margin at 1.5 inches and all other margins at 1 inch. The printer will probably limit the number of colors for the book to 5 colors.

AT THE MEETING
Available table sizes: 6′ x 30″ or 6′ x 18″, one table per sponsor.
Meeting Exhibitors may begin set up at the hotel on Tuesday, November 27 after 6 p.m. if desired. Tables and easels will already be set up at the hotel in the meeting space area. A set up plan will be sent to exhibitors beforehand.
